I am a qualified psychotherapist trained in Transactional Analysis, a flexible form of therapy which helps explore our ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
I work relationally, which means we will use our relationship to better understand how you relate to yourself and others.
There’s lots of evidence which shows the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is a major factor in successful therapy so it’s important we are a good fit.
I recognise we are all different – such as our race, gender, sexuality or age – and take that into account in how I work.
I trained at the Metanoia Institute and TA East London Institute, and am a Certified Transactional Analyst in psychotherapy.
I am a full clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abide by their codes of conduct.
I am also a member of the UK Association of Transactional Analysis and the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis.
